Carol Rose joined SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union in 2003 and has held a variety of leadership positions throughout her career, culminating in her current role as Chief Operating Officer. Having spent more than two decades with SchoolsFirst FCU, Carol brings deep organizational knowledge and a steadfast commitment to serving Members, developing leaders, and advancing the credit union's mission.
As COO, Carol is responsible for the operational leadership and service delivery of the credit union. She leads efforts to drive operational excellence, enhance the Member experience, and support the continued growth and success of the organization. Carol is passionate about developing leaders and fostering a culture of coaching, inclusion, and continuous improvement, where individuals are empowered to reach their full potential.
Carol holds a Master of Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She maintains FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses, holds a California Life and Disability Insurance License, and is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School.
Carol currently serves on the boards of Comunidad Latina Federal Credit Union (CLFCU) and the National Association of Latino Credit Union Professionals (NLCUP), where she supports initiatives focused on leadership development, financial inclusion, and advancing the credit union movement.
