About the Program
The NLCUP Mentorship Program brings together credit union professionals from diverse backgrounds, departments, and leadership levels to foster meaningful connections, shared learning, and professional growth. Designed for both mentors and mentees, the program provides a structured framework for participants to exchange knowledge, gain fresh perspectives, and develop leadership skills while expanding their professional networks.
