Gaby Nieto serves as the Engagement and Development Manager at NLCUP, where she is dedicated to building strong relationships with members and supports meaningful engagement across the organization. She brings a strong background in nonprofit advocacy, community engagement, outreach, relationship building, and program coordination. She is passionate about connecting and fostering meaningful connections to support our greater community. 

With more than four years of experience in community engagement, Gabby has worked closely with diverse communities, developing initiatives that promote education, advocacy, and meaningful change.
